We are currently investigating slowness in the Doppel Vision app.
The issue has been identified, fix is being rolled out now

Issues with logging into Doppel Vision have been mitigated. We are continuing to monitor the situation
Investigating a reported issue where users are unable to log in after entering in their one time code
We are currently investigating an issue with data requests timing out or returning 0 results.
We observed and received reports of latency spikes for login and data loading, intermittently blocking functionality for 1-2 minutes at a time.
We're investigating an issue related to a vendor for our APIs - elevated error rate for get-alerts and create-alert API. In the meantime, retries on affected API calls seem to be effective.
